Really good service overall. The technician was really nice and walked me through the process. I have no complaints about the service itself either. The job was well done. The only thing that I would say could be improved is the appointment scheduling process, as the appointment time changed a couple times.
I like how you don’t get the carpet really wet. It dries quickly and doesn’t stretch it out. Always cleans up really nice. Also prevents the mdf baseboards from being damaged by excess water.
We were very happy with the stretching of the carpet in 2 bedrooms, but have some concerns about the east bedroom entry. They had difficulty with the tact strip. Fingers crossed!
The cleaning of the carpet in the 3 rooms we were very happy with especially the dining room as there was a nasty stain that they were able to get 85% removed. It looks so much better!
