Professional reliable and have a great dependable name. I don't like however that the packages are confusing. Use to be pay a price get a binder and 50 summary printouts. Now, pay this then another $30, plus $45 then $90. Too much. Where is the bundle savings. As an agent who pays for my clients it is expensive.

I found on one of my other home inspections with your company with a different inspector, he was very pleasant but reluctant to call "mould" what it was. He said that it looks like mould and suggested an expert to analyze it.

Very professional and thorough home inspection. A home inspection is typically filled with negative information (that's what an inspection is for - to point out all that is wrong). The delivery of the information is very important and not every inspector has that "bed side manner" so to speak. Milo delivered the information without alarming the buyer.

The inspector's manner and personality were very calming for my first-time buyer clients....this made the issues in the home acceptable. I am not advocating that inspector's should minimize issues, but not making them earth-shattering disadvantages are important.
