Jim Gibson is a thorough inspector. Ive had him do a few inspections and preinspections. I feel he describes the house/property as it is and offers a very fair/professional opinion. For that reason i am comfortable with his reports, on either side of a transaction. I feel his prenspectio report, though it may raise more issues for purchasers than some, has as a result more credibility to other agents in a preinspection provided to purchasers.
How you can get a hone inspection booked with less than 24 hrs notice. Great inspectors.
