Our home inspection was excellent. Scott, our inspector, was very thorough and explained each step of the inspection in great detail. As first time house owners, he also provided us with a lot of information about the regular maintenance of a house that we will have to perform. I had not expected our home inspection to be so informative and surprisingly enjoyable experience.

The inspection was thorough, the inspector took a lot of trouble to explain every aspect of his observations, including reasons for doing the inspection and possible consequences if something was not working properly. He was clear (and amusing) delivering his comments, making the experience pleasant but in depth.

Joel, the inspector we had, took the time to walk us through the issues on the spot as he discovered them. He checked tough spots such as getting on the roof and getting in the attic. He was very thorough. Based on his analysis, we didn't end up purchasing the property and my wife and I still feel like that was the best $500 we ever spent. We requested Joel for the inspection of the home we eventually did purchase and he was just as good.
