I went in with a picture and an idea of what I wanted. Big Frog designed it with my input to exactly what I was seeking. They didn't nickel and dime me with each additional part of the design. My perfect shirt was ready the next day.

Communication. They called to talk with me about the busy demand of the holiday schedule and were willing to make accommodations if I needed my order sooner. They politely asked me if this was something that I need before the holidays without making me feel like they were putting me last or not as a priority. Excellent customer service. 9/10. Would have given a 10 only if I could see the work as I have not gotten my order yet.

The design process was super easy and quick. His name escapes me, but the guy that sits at the computer to the right of the store when you walk in immediately greeted me and helped me get my design emailed. The letters were slightly chopped off but he stopped what he was doing to fix them all. I got my crewneck exactly when they said it would be ready and it looks perfect! I'd take the leap with trusting big frog Novi to do a custom order for me any day.

They were very easy to work with and were able to make changes to the design I brought in. Items were also ready very quick.

Big Brother service and IT staff or some excellent people after many changes in many turn Downs or the design that was being put on for my grandson who is on a basketball team for his first time he attends a private school and they're very touchy about logos is a pretty and they work with me day in and day out on it and like I said several changes what they charged me was more than reasonable for the time spent probably unheard of and I thank them for their due diligence and understanding they're a great place God bless them cuz they surely brought a lot of Happiness to my grandson and for that I'm thankful if you're going to pick a place to do printing for you they're the best around
