The owner was very friendly. They delivered a pristine finished product that was exactly to specifications. I had several different fabric types, sizes and logo placements. Everything was exactly as ordered.
I was greeted very warmly by Alia when I stopped by Big Frog of Reno to ask if they could help with my very last minute request. Alia was eager to help and gave me some great options that they could pull off within my tight deadline. She took the extra time to help me find some apparel options and go over layout ideas with me. I was so pleased by her can-do attitude! I was thrilled that they were willing to take on my small, last-minute job!
