I only just placed my order a week ago but first impressions of the BIG FROG staff is 5 out of 5 Stars in the area of customer service. I was greeted with a smile and my order was put in the system immediately. I was surprised that they started working on the design of my order before I even left the store. Can't wait to see the finished product. Professional, kind & courteous!
I got my order in and the t-shirt were made so quick! When contacting Michael, the owner, he was always prompt and very courteous. This is one of the few places left that practices superb customer service.
I had a great experience with Big Frog. I never ordered printed T-shirts before and was happy to find a local company. They helped me at every step, gave me a very fair price, and did the job quickly. We were very happy with the results and will definitely use the company again.

The quote from Big Frog was much less than one from a big online store for exactly the same product, and there was no minimum (which wasn't the case with the online store). Add to that the benefit of shopping locally and it's an all around win-win. Thank you!
I had a special request to repair some lettering on a shirt from Ireland. They repaired the press on special lettering that was damaged in a too hot dryer.
