This was my third order from BIG FROG, so you know they must be doing something right.
The first two were pretty straightforward: a picture printed on a light gray sweatshirt (as a gift) followed by black graphic and black text on a gray tee shirt (for me). This order was more complicated - a black and white graphic on royal purple tee shirts, with some black-shadowed purple text against a white background and some white text on the purple.
After showing the sales rep what I was looking for, I was disappointed to hear that, while they could print the shirts exactly as I'd asked, I wouldn't be happy with the result. Because of the difficulty of printing against a deep color like purple, the text and graphic would be muted. To demonstrate, the rep showed me two shirts - one gray, one purple, with the same image printed on them. While the gray one was just fine, the purple one was muted and hard to see.
The rep then told me that, while that printing method wouldn't work, there was another option. Slightly more expensive and with longer lead time (about a wek, rather than one day), but she said I would get exactly what I was looking for. She then had me e-mail her the graphic and she worked her magic on her computer, ultimately showing me exactly what my order would look like, right down to the purple tee.
Five days later, I get a text telling me my order was ready. And was the rep ever right. I got exactly what I was looking for! Nice, crisp image and lettering on vibrant purple tees!

My only complaint is that the vestment was not returned in the plastic wrapper bag that I purchased it in. It was given back to me with no protection - the gown was very expensive with brocade material - luckily it was not soiled or damaged.
