We used Big Frog for a benefit, and they automatically gave us 20% since it was a fundraiser, which was so appreciated! The staff was extremely helpful, cheerful and polite! I would highly recommend Big Frog! Keep up the good work!!

The service was friendly and fast.

The only thing that I would change about this job was that the green in my logo came out very muted. We printed this green (similar to a John Deere green) over black shirts. With this, the logos have sort of a weathered appearance to them, which is okay, but not quite what I was looking for.

This might have been a product of my misunderstanding of what my rep was saying. I thought I understood that I was paying a slight premium for opaque and bright printing. What I got was satisfactory, but not exactly what I wanted.

Great communication throughout the process and clear invoice before the project began to make sure both sides were on the same page. Product looked great as well, the kids will be so excited for their band fest shirts!
