I walked into the store (first time) with a toddler hoodie. I was looking for a number to be added to the back. The sales associates was efficient and quick and showed me the options (color, size etc.) on the screen. A couple of days later I received a call that the order was completed. When I picked up the hoodie, it was perfect, exactly as I had envisioned and ordered it.
