Leslie was a wonderful stylist at the Douglasville location. I was very pleased with her styling recommendations and the friendly attitude and combined with her customer service skills, it was the perfect SportsClip experience! I wish all SportsClips locations were this way, but I have had negative experiences previously with stylists with a poor attitude and customer service skills while handling phone-in scheduling mistakes in Saint Cloud, Florida.

We love the convenience of checking in online and the staff is usually awesome. This past visit wasn’t the best experience which was partly on me because it was 4:45 before I could get my son there for his cut in which he had to have because he was leaving out for Military Camp. We checked in before we left the house at 4:36 pm which was 4 miles/8 minutes away which was the exact wait time. We got there and for some reason my sons name was not on the board as checked in and one of the stylists was like it must have taken you more than 30 minutes to get here and I explained to her we checked in before we left the house wishing was only 8 minutes prior to our arrival. She said go ahead and sign back in but I’m locking the door behind you (at 4:47 when business hours say open till 5) another gentleman came in just after she said that and continued to complained the entire time we were there because it was 5pm (closing time) and she had a life to live and was ready to get off work. She did do an excellent job in my sons hair but she should not have complained about doing her job the entire time. Business hours are business hours and some people can’t get there earlier in the day as we also work. I work in customer service a lot more hours than she does 70+ hours a week and I have never and will never make a customer feel uncomfortable for asking me to do my job.
