This was my first visit to the shop. I checked in on-line for a 3:19 time. I was a little dismayed at first because when I arrived there were at least 10 people in the waiting area. I had checked in on-line, but I didn't know how that process worked. When 4 people who had been waiting were taken before me, I began to wonder if I had to wait until everyone in the waiting area was served. My wait was about 15 minutes before Angela called my name to be next. She did a great job with my cut. The experience was good, I just didn't know how the on-line check-in process worked. I will be back and ask for Angela for my next cut.

There was a corporate type that walked in while I was sitting in the chair who seemed super unfriendly. She basically walked in the store, and started an extremely cold audit. Although I know it was her job to do the audit she could have greeted the staff with a simple hello how are you guys doing today or something along those lines. After her walk-through inspection of looking at the TVs in the stock and around the register area she proceeded to the back to check out things like cleanliness of the mirrors and such. She did all this while there was no interaction with the staff or clients in the location. She then sat in one of the empty styling chairs, and observed with a stone cold face.
I like the atmosphere and all the Stylists are friendly and engaging.
