The gentleman that helped me at the store was really dope and made everything really easy. Getting the tux and the replacement pants was also really easy. The only complaint I have is shipping the tux back. At no time was I made aware that I would have to pay to ship the tuxedo back. This should be included in the total cost, or at the very least, make the customer aware of the cost to ship it back. Had I known, I would have given the tux to my best man to take back to the store with his, since he lives in San Diego and I live in the Bay Area.
Andres gave the best service! Very professional and managed time effectively. This man should get a raise. Even came in on his day off and did not complain once and still was very professional

The service was great from choosing the style of suits for me and my boy. All the way to fit up and alterations. Great experience. The best part like us the event we rented it for was not close to the location we rented and there flexible return to Amy store was a relief I was able to return suit close to venue in la mesa and we got them from Temecula. Material was good quality not falling apart or uneven sleeves etc. Like some of the other people at the venue got because they said it was cheeper. But I'd pay a little extra for proper fitting and lasting threw them night clothes than go cheep and have it look funky during pictures that last forever.

Variety
The folks at the Laguna Niguel store were great. They would not let me leave until my tux fit perfectly and it did. Great team in LN and would use them again for any formal wear requirement.
You guys made it a easy process for fitting and return. We were same day rentals and it worked out great.
Great options and variety of suits. I would like more QC before handing out the items though. Thankfully tried out the pants before hand since they were missing a button and had to drive again to pick the replacements up.

First time customer at Friar Tux, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a suit within the same week of a wedding I was attending. Walked in, staff was very competent & professional. To my surprise after coming in on a Monday my suit would be ready for pick up on Wednesday! Suit was great, transaction was smooth. 10/10
Everyone was really nice. I didn’t realize that they closed early on Sundays, so I called them 15 mins before they were closing to let them know I was on my way. When I got there the person that checked me out was very friendly and didn’t make it seem like it was a huge inconvenience. Everything that I rent was nice and I got a lot of complements at the wedding that I attended.
I've rented tuxes from FT but never a suit. I appreciated Dalton's suggestions n recommendations for suit type, regular vs slim fit, and the accessories. Received many compliments at this special black tie event. Thanks Dalton!
