Everyone was so helpful, I was getting married out of state and wasn’t going to be able to pick up the tux in time. They were able to ship out my tux as well as for my groomsmen, if something didn’t fit well they were able to send me another size in time before the wedding, they really went above and beyond! Great service, I will definitely return and I high recommend this place!

Amazing Customer Service!! All of my groomsman were out of state. The got all their Tuxes to them on time and we’re able to quickly make adjustments to fitting issues. They even over nighted a few items right before my wedding. 10/10 recommend using them for all your groomsman needs, thank you guys!

Effective and efficient service presented in a business manner. Also, your store has a very nice ambiance/lighting.
However, you need to add some background classical music (low volume) to accompany your tuxedos. All in all the entire rental was a pleasant experience.
I had an issue with my last rental, my sons shirt fitting wasn't measured correctly and the white coat had a slight black stain on the shoulder. There wasnt anytime left to get the shirt replaced. I spoke w Marrisa after the fact (she was off the day of pick up) and she corrected it by providing a refund. I have worked w Marrisa previously on 2 separate occasions. I've never had this issue before. She is professional and efficient. It is because of her i return. Unfortunately, this last time we had a new person. I understand things happen, but it was a special occasion. I will return and recommend/request Marrisa here on out!

The staff was very helpful in helping my groom and the groomsmen pock out exactly what they wanted. When they tired everything one when they went to pick up the suits, one groomsmen's pants didn't quite fit right, but they were able to get a different pair of pants and fix those on the spot to make sure everything fit right. Thank you!
Communication with the store was easy and efficient. The fitting process was quickly done. Tux was ready when promised. Clothing was of very good quality and fit well. (Coat sleeves were a little short and shirt sleeves a little long, even given the proper length for French cuffs). I was the best dressed male at the event. Thanks for your good service.
