I called a half an hour before I came in to see if they could help me as we were literally on our way to the prom and they did everything to make him feel like a king. The person that we rented from was very helpful. He made suggestions on color, style, and fit and we were very happy.
We had previously come in hoping for a different color jacket, but were not told that we needed to reserve 48 hours prior to the event in order to have enough time to get his size. That was disappointing, but we did end up renting a different jacket mostly due to he helpfulness of the person helping us.
It was also very convenient to be able to return to any Friar Tux.

The service was awesome. I didn't have to wait long to get any assistance. There were different options of suits or tux to choose from. It was an excellent quick get in and out service. The worker's were very helpful. If I need to rent a suit or have anyone rent a tux, I would definitely recommend Friar Tux. The suit I rented was close enough to match my grandson. We both looked awesome at my nephew's wedding. Thank you Friar Tux; you guys are awesome!!!!

We went to the tux shop because of a special-needs prom fitting. Everyone treated my in a professional fun way. I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen that helped us but they were fantastic.
The staff there has great costumer service skills. They communicate to their clients whether the suit needs adjustments and they listen and understand the costumer. The staff at the location made the rental of the suit a pleasant experience
