All around I was very pleased with the facility, the class, the music, and the energy. Perhaps my favorite aspect was the guided intro to set an intention for class.

That was my first yoga class and both the woman at the front desk and the instructor made me feel very welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my class and plan to sign up for more.

You have the best instructors in town! I especially like Casey P and Silvia M. All of the classes are unique in structure, well balanced, not overly hot, have integrity, and focus on proper alignment : )

I like the spiritual aspect of yoga is intertwined with a rigorous workout. It gets my mind and body to a place where I am more effective at the office.

I love the instructors and the location.

I like the facility. Only thing I could say to add would be a water station, to promote people to use reusable containers. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere of the yoga is not just focused on the physical aspect but encompasses the mental and spiritual side as well if a person so desires.

I love everything about Haute Yoga! The instructors are amazing and always leave me feeling revived, peaceful and inspired. The studio is clean, neat and fresh and the staff working the front desk always greet me with a warm smile. Haute yoga is my own little getaway in the middle of the day!

I like the hour long flow class. Good workout, but mainly I like how I feel afterwards. So integral to stretch and fill the spirit!
