I've taken a variety of classes from different instructors. I've found that each instructor has a unique style of leading that offers a different positive experience each time. Whether it's the music they use, their ability to focus before class to set an intention and bring each move back to fulfilling that intention or just their general positive presence, I've always left feeling better than I when I arrived. I also appreciate the openness to allowing students wipe off and drink water between postures as they need to. I try to keep my fidgeting to a minimum, but it's part of my nature, and other classes have reprimanded me for fixing my shirt or wiping sweat, adjusting hair, etc.

Yoga is a physical practice for me. I like the instructors who treated as such and don't spend time on the spiritual aspect during class.

Very warm and welcoming little yoga studio. The instructors are fabulous...they are very skilled at what they do. I like that more advanced poses are put out there, although not required, but it's a nice, no pressure way to encourage people to get out of their comfort zone and try new things. Most of the instructors have inspirational anecdotes, poems, etc during savasana...which is really nice. I like that a lot of the instructors use different types of music too...not always the new-agey stuff (which is good too), but more modern stuff as well. Great selection of attire and body stuff out front too.

LOVE GINGER!!! She is the best yoga instructor I have ever had.
