I take two classes:
1. Yoga on Monday am with Mia. this is a great class for my husband and I. Mia is so clam, good at explaining positions and what you should be stretching.
2. TRX Yoga with Lisa. Lisa is also very good at explaining the position and alternate positions. I'm new to TRX and the least experienced in the class but Lisa is patient with me.

SBM is fantastic.

Great instructors and small classes. Most instructors give me alternative instructions within my ability as I am not very flexible.

Would love a Zumba class in Milpitas.

Would also like a class focused on flexibility and becoming more flexible.

Would also like more afternoon classes as lunch time is more difficult for me to attend.
