I like the flexibility, variety of classes and quality of teachers. I have attended classes with primarily 2 instructors for the past few years and appreciate their ability to properly instruct so that all levels can benefit from the same class without feeling out of place or injuring themselves. While welcoming new participants, the workouts are routinely changed so that even a regular can continue to challenge themselves.
Convenience at Varian VCC. Friendly and knowledgeable staff like Lisa, who's enjoyable/effective class I take regularly.
