The web site is user friendly. I like the email/text confirmation of class. The studio is clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly. You offer "something for everyone" with your schedule. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located. You also offer fun finds and treasures in your shop area!
Only do the restorative yoga class on Saturday morning and it resets my whole week--love it!

Ashley's Sunday morning vinyasa was an amazing class. She leads the practice with the experience of some one who has taught for many years. Her tone is loving and her adjustments timed perfectly. She incorporates a few minutes of meditation as well. Perfect.

I was running a bit late and was welcomed warmly at the desk, and in the class. It was the best yoga class experience ever as I reconnected with people I have not seen for years and the basic format of the flow with music spoke to my condition deeply. After the class Carson had a kind ear and comments when I shared my stories with her. There is much love in that room and It moves through us and into the world to help heal.
Loved the melt class and the staff was helpful and friendly and the studio is beautiful!
