Nice facility--comfortable for yoga. Friendly front desk personnel. Outstanding instructors who give you personal attention such as Rachel and Carson. Rachel's class can be described as an experience and not just a yoga class. Cool environment with the color schemes and hard wood floors. Easy to use system for signing up for classes online. Even though I don't normally participate, many extra workshops and special seminars which look interesting! I loved the drummer in one of Carson's latest classes. What an unique experience! Thanks for all you do.

The yoga practice room is very spacious with beautiful hard wood floors and windows casting just the right amount of natural light with trees in view. The painted designs on the walls are a bit bright and bold but it certainly goes along with the entire theme of the studio. The Buddha statue and hanging lights along with the hint of incense was a nice touch although I felt off centered in the space in the beginning. Most sequences are led facing the Buddha however after a few minutes I fell into Haley's playful and intense sequence and forgot all about it.
Loved her intent of the practice..........I'm not here to learn, I'm here to play!
The pilates equipment is also very impressive in a circle setting. Retail shop has an array of great products and yoga gear. A bit on the expensive side but very nice quality.
I also enjoyed the time the front desk person took to show me around since it was my first time visiting.
I loved Carson and her energy in class, she is such a wonderful instructor. The yoga space was welcoming and inviting!

I am new to yoga and was a little nervous about taking my first class, but once I was there and the class started I felt at ease right away and the class was very enjoyable, I would 100% recommend classes here to friends
