I enjoy your services in general. However last week on Thursday on January 13, MIchelle was not concentrated as she tried to do extractions first then she realized she has not finished cleaning my face first. She seems to be a bit rushed andwhen she was thru with my facial and asked her what time it was, she did not respond, I realized later that is was 6:48 pm a few minutes Before the whole hour. She disappeared when I looked for her to say thank you and good bye, she was acting a bit strange hope she is doing well.

I like the friendliness and knowledge of all the staff of the products and services. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions to determine the right procedure, products, etc for me. I love coming in and seeing everyone...and leaving feeling fresh and beautiful.

Alexis's out going personality is contagious. She will be and bring much success to Faces365.

This is an excellent place to take a moment out of your busy day and relax whether you are receiving a facial or any of the other treatments. I've been a member here for a while and have had almost all of the estiticians work on me. Each person has a unique and quality touch to the face. Only problem is I'm so relaxed towards the end I'm ready for a massage and that service is not offered there. However, massage envy is next door.
I highly recommend this spa. Extremely clean, excellent products, friendly staff, and great facials!
