I loved the spa it self very nice set up and the staff is very nice and scheduling was very easy, the only thing was that I was a new customer and I filled out a form that I was told would be given to the girl that was doing my facial, also told that since I had never need in the esti would evaluate my skin then decide what service was best. Once in the room I was told to get comfortable basically, which I did the the girl(never told me her name) came back In and got started I wasn't sure what I was getting until I asked and brought up the stuff about looking aty skin to see what I needed, she didn't really recommend anything she just did what I thought was best I guess but seem little odd because I don't know. Also let here know that I wanted some extractions and when it got to that she asked just on my chin area? I told her yes and also my nose and cheek....she did about 5 on my nosecond and one on my left cheek and that was it so I was very disappointed in that part of it. Because I'm trying to improve my skin and I need that junk out first. But over all she was very nice and did a great job when she was doing the facial part and peel also very relaxing neck and arm massage. I signed up for member ship so I'm pretty excited but wish just had more extractions done.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is easy to schedule appointments and I have always been able to reschedule with no problems if needed. There are a variety of services and I have enjoyed everyone one that I scheduled. Briana is my esthetician, and she is super sweet and takes amazing care of my skin!
