I loved my facial. Jessica (I think that was her name?) was out of this world. She was friendly, explained every part of the facial (this was my first ever) and she was talkative but not overly. It was a great experience

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have liked the person giving the facial to have briefly explained procedure as she went along since I was not familar with having facials. I liked that the staff was not pushy about future services. I did sign up for services based on the good experience and daughter's member experience
