I think Allison is really great!

My only complaint is I have so many points that I will never catch up. I think you should be able to transfer some of them to a gift card. If I freeze my account in order to catch up, I cannot use my points during that time. It seems punishing to loyal customers. I broke my leg and could not come for months but kept paying my membership. That should be factored in. Not everyone when healing from an illness or injury has the presence of mind to freeze their account.

My skin always looks and feels great after a microderm or facial and the staff is so warm and friendly. Also, the rooms are extremely relaxing - it's always just what I need to hit the reset button.

A welcoming and friendly staff as soon as I walked through the door. My Esthetician, Angela was knowledgeable and professional. Angela made me feel relaxed and very empathetic towards my skin care needs. I will definitely return.
