Our flight to BWI from Denver was delayed so we landed at 2:30 am. Parking Spot answered the phone right away and a shuttle appeared within 5-10 minutes to take us right to our car. The service was ideal and the driver was clearly awake!

SO easy! Loved the option of covered parking. The pick up was ready for us before we'd even unloaded our luggage. Upon arrival home, although the first pick up van was full, another one came in just a couple of minutes and we were dropped off right in front of our vehicle. Getting in and out was a breeze. Love the app. Just delighted!

What I don’t like is the long walk from luggage carrousel exit to the area for airport pickup. It’s a long walk with luggage, especially for senior adults.
