Love the Parking Spot. So convenient and efficient. This last trip, however, was a little different. Understaffed (maybe to no fault of the manager, it's hard to find employees willing to work). There was a long delay in getting vehicles because he only had one valet working and two buses came in about the same time.

Looking forward to using the Parking Spot again. I have used your services for many of my flights and have never had a problem. This was an exception and I don't expect to have this experience again.

Close to airport, Drivers were great! When we pulled in, they were parked behind our car before we even got out! Drivers helped with bags too which was nice after being in airports most of day! Thank you! Will definitely use again!

Shuttle runs frequently, which reduces waiting time. Time to bring back the bottle water, that was always a nice refreshing touch

The ease and efficiency to park and get to airport. The bus is right there to pick you up. No waiting at all. The driver's are so helpful with the luggage as well!

We love Parking Spot and park all the time because of the convenience. We wish there was a way to know what the pricing is before choosing to park on a level or rooftop. maybe a sign somewhere displaying prices? We made the mistake of not going to the rooftop for our parking, not knowing the price for B level was much higher, making our stay more than we had planned to pay. thank you

Convenient, fast, able to pay online, and have a QR code to enter the parking. Also, it is nice to see the location of the bus (in the app) after coming back.

Fast shuttle service. Did not have to wait long for a pick up shuttle.

Did wonder why we weren't offered bottled water. As it was a hot day & there wasn't even a place to buy water.

The location is convenient, the personnel are friendly, and the vans are clean. I'll be happier once the shuttles regularly travel to Terminal 1 again rather than being on-call, but I do prefer East to the other locations.

Easy and quick.

Although i was confused, this is the first time i did not valet, (due to covid , i imagine),but upon return the driver wanted to drop us and let us find our own car, i suggested that he use the card i gave him with the vehicle location to bring us to our car, he looked confused like i was asking for something extra, the other people in the van felt the same way and only said something after i did. Is the driver supposed to bring you to the vehicle is this the purpose of giving us the card with the vehicle location on it at upon pick up? Or am i to walk therough the parking facility looking for my own car?
Please let me know so the next time i will know better.
