Jerome!!! He was my hero when I got home on Saturday evening. My Jeep had been sitting since Thursday so it was covered in snow. I did not have a scraper and I was not in the covered parking. I just got back from a terrible work trip and his kindness was amazing. I would have had a terrible and very very cold time trying to get the snow off and get home safely.
