We have always been very happy with Parking Spot, especuially Parking Spot South at DFW. Our reservation is never messed up, we always get picked up quickly (at both ends of the trip). And the drivers are always efficient and polite.

I have had great success with Parking Spot 1 in Phoenix! I have been in a hurry once to catch a flight and the shuttle driver took me straight away; they always pick you up promptly at your car too. They are never shuffling cars around or over packed like other agencies I have used in the area; my car seems very safe there. I have arrived at midnight myself and still feel safe there; someone always working and they give complimentary bottle of cold water. Thanks much!

I always park at the Parking Spot on JFK if I drive my car to the airport. It is accessible, it is possible to make a reservation, the prices are reasonable (especially with AAA discount), and there is covered parking. The shuttles are not always reliable. Several times I have parked in the aisle I was instructed to park in and the shuttle did not come to pick me up, so I had to call and request a shuttle. Aside from that, I have always had a good experience at the Parking Spot on JFK.
