Shuttles seem to be readily available
I like that I can book my spot and pre-pay. If I have problems with the QR code, the attendant is always helpful. Once parked, the shuttle comes quickly and the driver is friendly and helpful with our bags. We get to the airport quickly too. When we return, there is usually a wait for the return shuttle but once the shuttle arrives, we get back to our car and the driver again helps with our bags. I also like how we are offered water when we check out. Everyone who works there is so friendly. I like how I get an e-mail with my receipt. We will continue to use The Parking Spot whenever we travel.
I cannot say enought good things about the Parking Spot. I've reviewed previously to highlight specific customer service events. I had another one last week when I attempted to change an online reservation. When the app wanted to charge me an extra $60 to park for one extra night I called and issue was addressed. When I arrived to park that night I relayed the info I was told to to the gate representative and sure enough there was a note left about my reservation. Made partking a breeze and I can be assured I will be billed appropriately. I love the Charlotte Parking Spot and so does my car which spends more time there then at my home!!

Easy to reserve a spot, prompt pickup. There was a glitch when the car in front of us could not scan in causing us to delay parking. Luckily we had extra time before our flight.
