Right after I pull into my assigned parking space a shuttle appears, the driver gets out and places my luggage into the shuttle, even if it is raining.
Staff at the gate are always polite, patient, and helpful.

I love that the shuttle comes right to my vehicle and the driver assists with the luggage. I often travel alone and have felt comfortable with the drivers, even in the wee hours of the night.
