I don't think the product you use for cleaning the toilets is good. The toilet only stays clean for no more than 4 days. I am the only one that uses it. the rest is very good. the gals are very good.

The cleaning staff are always friendly and courteous and the cleaning products must be green, since you don't notice any harsh chemical smell. i am always fully stisfied with the appearance of the house after the maids have completed their work.

I haven't any issues. Overall pleased with service. There have been weeks when things are missed ie kitchen garbage under the counter, hall ceiling fan not dusted, but it is usually a one off.

I find the employees generally pleasant and easy to speak with when I'm at home, which I'm usually not when they are here. If I have any questions etc. I'll leave a note.

I do miss Mary and hope she is recovering and will be back soon. She was great with my dog who we now leave locked in the laundry room on cleaning day as I'm not sure of the comfort level with dogs of the ladies who come to us now. Downside is my laundry area does not get cleaned.

I happen to be very sensitive to smells, and a lot of house hold products bother me because of that. Not so with the products you use. Also, the consistency is a real plus i.e. we know what to expect and are very happy with the results.

The products have a nice freshness about them and the ladies the come to my home are very very pleasant. I also like the fact that they don chitter chatter amongst themselves. Janet and Cindy simply get the job done and done well. Also, I like the fact that they are indulgent with my little dogs who greet them like long lost friends.

The cleaners are friendly and curteous. Generally they arrive on time;however, on the odd occasion when they will be late, they call to make sure that it is convenient to come later. They always do a thorough cleaning and will go the extra mile to clean areas designated by the customer. When they are finished the house is not only spotless but it also smells fresh. The cleaning products used are environment friendly and do not produce any harsh odours. I would be pleased to recommend Merry Maids to any of my friends.
