I had to leave when your team of two arrived approximately 1:30. I asked that three tape marks be removed at the top of the stairs to the middle level. When I returned to meet with Phil O'neil at 4:00 the place looked OK but I did not do a complete walk through. I did notice that the tape marks had not been touched. They have since been removed by Phil. I did advise that I would be in Burlington for Tuesday so an e-mail to change the time of cleaning sent to my computer in Hudson was not going to reach me. These are observations only.I was very pleased with the rug cleaning. I would call again should I need your services.

The girls are on time & very professional . They are respectful of our home & we feel like the "cleaning fairies" have been here. The last 3 girls - 1 of them must have had some hotel experience as my towels were folded in a neat way with the washcloth fanned & tucked inside . It was elegant & a happy surprise. She needs to teach other staff as it was a special touch. Thank you
