Hi, I had the air conditioning company come out to check our air conditioner for preventative maintenance. He checked everything and everything checked out pretty well. However, a few days later I had the appliance preventative maintenance check and was unable to be here, so my daughter was here. I am not sure what to do about the oven, as it was noted in the paperwork that the thermostat needed to be replaced. Do we call you or are you arranging to have someone call me. It has been a week.
