The companies that you use put their regular customers at the top of their service list and you are on the bottom. I just had my HVAC unit's "inspected" and they did not either units coils. They said they did a visual inspection and they did not deem them dirty. They said what you pay them they can't service them cleaning the coils (only if they are clogged). I will not renew this HVAC maintenance next year and will later decide if the house warranty will be renewed also.
I have another policy with your company with my condo in Florida. I am having my HVAC unit serviced and cleaned by Home Shield. I will decide how it's cleaning is done and decide if I renew the home warranty there.
