I don't know about your products. My house is clean and at the end of the day, that is all I want. The girls are friendly and efficient. I have used other services in the past who 'skip' areas, and I don't appreciate that kind of laziness. I can do that! Merry Maids actually MOVE things to clean under them instead of around them. I would not hesitate to recommend Merry Maids to anyone.
Very punctual and friendly employees. Good communication on initial consultation and was offered different options and prices. The products used did a good job and I like that they brought all equipment and supplies that were needed.
Overall very pleased with our first cleaning and looking forward to the next one in two weeks!
The staff are professional, courteous, efficient. The owners are willing to adjust to changes in schedule and needs. I've recently downsized to a condo and the transition by the staff was great and it was good to see the ladies that have worked with me for years come back to work in my new home.

I like the fact that I can count on the service to always be there on the day that they are expected. If a change needs to be made because of a holiday, I receive lots of notice. I also appreciate the accountability of knowing that if there is a problem of any kind, there is someone I can talk to who will respond right away.
