Firstly, I didn't take any notice of the products. If the house is clean, I am happy and I don't care how you got there. With that said, my home was cleaned and dusted very well! The ladies were respectful, thorough and exhibited attention to small details. I am pleased and will certainly recommend Merry Maids without any hesitation.
Merry Maids has been very accommodating in terms of rescheduling, as well as doing their best to provide me with the cleaning ladies that I prefer. I also appreciated that there was some quality control - after our first thorough clean, another staff member came to do a check of the cleaning job.
