Many things..first the cleanliness. It smells clean all through the facility. The knowledge regarding all the dogs is great. And, the fact that I can see my pup on the video set up is awesome. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Very convenient location to drop off my dog. Very friendly staff, they took good care of my pup, ScouT. It was his first playdate at camp (after his interview) and he had a great time. Had his tails trimmed and they look beautiful. Working our way up to a full play date, and then an overnight. I'm starting to feel comfortable about leaving him overnight.
