Always friendly and helpful and accomodating! Came in last time for grooming. Took your time on my nervous dog and he came out looking the best he ever had! Every other time we've had him groomed at other locations, he came back shaved. Not with Camp Bow Wow ... Beautiful grooming perfect for a labradorite. It was not an easy task but it was done. Will never have him groomed anywhere else here out!
The ease of making a reservation. The options for bath before pick up and the ability to check up on my dog any time.
Staff is friendly/facility is kept clean/close to home (convenient)/my dog is always happy when she arrives, and is tired when she comes home.
I like the Socialization that Charlie received the last two days at Day Care. We will be sure to come back again, and look forward to also, boarding Charlie at Camp Bow Wow when necessary.

Love that the dogs can spend free time indoors and outdoors. Not be stuck in a kennel all day.
We have an extremely energetic & social dog. I dropped her off for a few hours because it was too wet to go to the dog park & she was going stir crazy. I picked her up 4 hours later & she was exhausted & happy 👍🏻🐺 It was well worth the $20! The only downside was that this particular time, she smelled awful when we picked her up. We had to ride home with a window open & took her directly up to the bathroom to bathe her when we got home. We boarded her over the summer for 5 days and she didn't smell like that. Not sure if she rolled in some dog urine or what but it was bad.
