Everyone was friendly and seemed to care about the dogs.
We have boarded our dog at Camp Bow Wow since she was 5 months old. The staff always take excellent care of Boo, and the play areas and cabins are kept spotlessly clean. I like the camper cams so that we can see Boo play with the other dogs. But there were 2 instances that really sealed the deal for Camp Bow Wow for us. The first one happened the first time we boarded Boo. She was 5 months old and this was the first time we had left her. We were going out of town, and by the time we arrived at our destination, the pups were in their cabins. We called to check on Boo. Eric told us to log on to the lounge camera; he went and got Boo and held her up to the camera so we could see her. He didn't have to do that, but we were very glad he did. The second instance happened about a year ago, when Boo was 6 years old. My husband and I were out shopping and we hear someone yell "Mr. and Mrs. Boo!" It was Eric from Camp Bow Wow. He didn't know our name, but he knew we belonged to Boo. That tells me how much they care about the dogs. That is priceless.
They are very attentive to my dogs and even know them by name! The facilities are very and everyone is very knowledgeable.
The facility is very clean and the employees very friendly and caring. Our puppy absolutely loves going there. The app with video is such a great feature.

The friendly service, honest information concerning kennel cough when we first wanted to come and we were told to wait until the sickness was under control. My dog can't wait to get inside Camp BOW Wow.
