Very clean. Love to be able to see my dog on the Camper Cam. I like that when she boards overnight she gets plenty of activity during the daytime.
Very personal. Even tho my dog only boards once or twice a year, everyone seems to know her and understand her personality. Staff is very friendly and caring with the dogs.

Close to my son, Sean Last name removed's house. Zoey was able to play with other dogs, and Gracie. Staff was friendly and did a gradual meeting for Zoey and the other dogs. Love the ramps !

Day care, boarding and grooming are all great. Easy to schedule, in and out quickly -- all very efficient. My dog is always excited to go there and the staff are friendly and seem to really like what they are doing. I've tried other places (K-9 Kingdom, The Dog Stop) that are closer to my house but their services and staffing don't compare to Bow-Wow North.
