Everyone working at Camp Bow Wow knows the dogs, no matter how often they come in .They take an interest in how to best care for my dog, ask questions, and make sure to keep them happy and safe.
The staff is great; they are always happy to see Baker. And, I know that Baker is being well cared for while we are away.

Friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable mentors. Also, the place is super clean. We love it. Took Zack in dirty and mentioned that we had to wait a week for his aointment. They mentioned they could give him a bath and so they did. Terrific. Have been going to the same groomer for years, and can't drop him for your groomer at this time, although I know that she had nothing to do with the bath, it was just an additional service that you offer.

The cameras that available to watch our dog are very entertaining. The staff at green tree have been very friendly and patient with me and my dog. My dog is very hyper and at the end of the day she comes home exhausted. I am very thankful for such caring people that watch the dogs and clean up after them.
Brooklyn was very happy...came back exhausted, which is always good.

Convenient hours which meets my schedule....puppy is always happy when he gets back, happy and tired from playing a lot. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel confident and relax leaving my doggie there.
With the exception of Sundays, there is personnel at the location for a large part of the days so the dogs aren't stuck in their cabins for hours on end.
Overall it is a wonderful Place. I feel like my Teddy is in great hands.

However, during the last visit, our instructions for his food were not followed properly which is not inspiring. Also, previously we got a document explaining how his stay was but we have not received a similar one again.
