Friendly staff, however on Dottie's last visit she came back with a broken dew claw nail that later on became infected. I understand that it can be difficult to keep an eye on the dogs 100% of the time but if she were in a fight or rough playing with another dog and was injured during that time , I would have appreciated a little heads up so that I could have taken her to the vet sooner. Other than that mishap I would still use your services

The facility is beautiful - the people are all so great and friendly. The dogs are well attended to. We love Camp Bow Wow. We are from out of state, and stay in Henderson when we visit Vegas just so our dogs can go to Camp Bow Wow! : )

The very first time I dropped off my pup the entire staff was extremely friendly and assuring that everything would be great. When I picked him up they told me exactly how he did and the friends he made. I will be returning to camp bow wow in the future and recommending this little camp to my friends in the future.

The camp counselers
They really do care about my dog, Nate, even remembering him even though he had not been there in over a year! When I go out of town, my dog is not sitting in a kennel all day. He gets to socialize all day with the other dogs. He loves being there and I feel OK leaving him for a week or two knowing that he is having fun during the day time hours. Also, I love that I can watch him on the doggie cam...although one of the girls there has a dog that looks just like my Nate so I can never figure out which one is Nate...lol! What a great perk, to be able to bring your dog to work so they can play all day!!
The staff was very courteous and helpful. They treated my dog very very well, he was all tail wagging when I picked him up. I felt very confident leaving him there and will definitely be using their services in the future.
The staff walked us through the whole facility... no secrets here and the place is immaculate! These have to be the cleanest kennels in the Treasure Valley.
