I love the care and attention you give to the dogs. Getting to know them and making sure their needs are met. I ammoressed with your cleanliness and organization on keeping all the details in order. The employees seem to really care about dogs. Love being able to view my dog although the livermore CA dog cams do not work and have not for months and months. Shame on you for not fixing it!
Most staff know us by name-especially Roxy. Individual attention-like making sure she has a wider soft collar for her neck and remembering that she gets a bacterial infection from nips to her face-staff often washes her neck if she has been playing rough or with puppies. AND Roxy loves to go!
The convience of dropping off Beau at any time and especially the friendly staff, everyone I've ever encountered while there are so so friendly and all pay attention to Beau, Great Staff...
The fact that he's not closed up in a cage all day and has many 'friends' (both human and canine) to play with. He gets stimulation so he's not bored.

Bow Wow employees seem to really care about animals & the cleanliness of the facility is quite impressive. It is good business to strive to please customers especially when the product is a family's treasured pet. Bow Wow is doing it right & I hope they never let up in their caring & genuine treatment of camper doggies.
I like that it is personalized and that the counselors pay attention to the dogs. I like that the dogs are not locked in cages for hours and hours.
