Just about everything. Great convenience in location, hours and services. I love the live cams and everyone seems very knowledgeable and well trained. I do not worry about Layla when she is in your care.

The place is clean. Safety is a real priority across the board. The cleaning products used are animal/people safe, for example. Dogs must have proof of vaccination before becoming a camper…and for extra safety, the Bordetella vaccine is required every 6 months (instead of the usual yearly timeframe), which helps me feel he’s safer. The system is extremely organized…from the application process, to the interview, to the logistics of the layout/flow. But the greatest part by far is the staff. Every person I’ve met in the front office is fully aware of the answer to every question I’ve had…and everyone I’ve seen on the online video (WHICH I LOOOOOOOVE to watch) is so patient, attentive, and loving with all of the dogs. I giggled when I saw the man on Mojo’s first day who had a squirt gun in hand (I presume to distract dogs that are getting irritable or too rambunctious)…every time he’d squirt the gun, Mojo would go to him thinking he’d get him wet! He loves water!!! The cost is t cheap BUT I am older now, much less mobile, and I completely underestimated how much work a puppy would be (it had been 20 years since our last dog was a puppy…and I was in complete denial about my aging). It was simply not fair to Mojo to have to wait till my son was able to walk him or take him to the dog park. Camp Bow Wow is a much better option…and I don’t have to worry about the dogs there being aggressive or unvaccinated. Oh, and I don’t have to worry about my dog getting away from a walker and running in front of a car!
The ONLY thing I can think of for improvement is the glitch I had when I was filling out the application from home. It appeared to have gone through without a hitch, but I never heard from them, even after I sent the second application. Long story short, the online application is not coded for use on tablets (like my iPad…but it worked on my son’s Apple computer. My suggestion would be to add a notice on the application that IT IS NOT IPAD/TABLET FRIENDLY…or have it coded to be compatible with tablets.

Staff is amazing. I like the attention to safety for all the dogs coming to daycare. The attention for each dog goes beyond whatever dog daycare does. They are amazing
And I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby there.

Cameras so we can watch our pet while on vacation. A person in the room with the dogs. Friendly safe environment. The hours for the facility. Being able to have our dog bathed before coming home.

Great staff, caring and playful with the dogs
The Camp Bow Wow staff is super friendly. It’s fun to watch the pups have a good time on camera. Compared to other boarding facilities, it’s nice when the pups come home without concrete burns/sores on their skin. The boarding process is very quick and easy. Picking up and dropping off our dogs is super efficient. I would highly recommend this facility for boarding or daycare.
