Woody absolutely loved going to Camp Bow Wow for his interview and free day of play! Gabby is absolutely wonderful and extremely informative. She answered all my questions and did not make me feel as though I was asking to much. We signed Woody up for boarding and for 3 days of full day care and intend on doing more as we can afford.
I appreciate that the dogs get to be with other dogs their own size and temperament. I like that the dogs play with each other all day.
Everything, but it all boils down to the staff - they are amazing and I trust them with my Buddy!

The staff--Lynn & Courtney are awesome ( I don't know everyone's name up front and who take care of the animals but they are all great). They are the reason I keep coming back, not only do they treat me nicely, but they are super sweet to my dog. If I were the owner of this place, I would treat these staff members with some extra special because they are the face of Camp Bow Wow, and they are the reason we keep coming.
Also, like how clean the facility is, and the wonderful daycare.
Easy to work with and schedule. I like that I can watch the cameras while on vacation. I like that my dog is out of her kennel and playing all day instead of just being boarded.

All of the staff know who my dog is and are always excited to see him. They are always very polite and on top of any requests I have, such as feeding or watching him closely if he hasn't been feeling well.
I like that the staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care about their guests. Also I love being able to use the webcams to check on my dog.
The overall cleanliness of the area the dogs are in. The ability to be able to see them all day long if I want to. Most of all when I pick my dogs up they are wanting to stay and play at camp bow wow which makes me feel very comfortable leaving them there knowing they are very happy. Friendliness of the staff is also a real big bonus.
the staff knows the dogs and take good care of them. They have cameras so you can check in on your dog while they play. And when the dogs come home, they are good and tired
