The first day "interview" is such a good idea! I liked being able to watch the dogs play on a live feed. All of the employees truly cared about the dogs, and they were watchful for anything concerning. I got a call about a short tussle between my dog and one other. They were put in different play groups - end of the concern! I had requested a nail trim. At pick-up I was not charged, because they determined she did not need a trim - good integrity! I recommend this business for daycare AND overnight.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. They want your pet to have a good experience while in their care. I feel I can trust them to care for my dog and keep him as safe as possible.
Camp Bow Wow takes excellent care of my fur baby when we are traveling. He also loves to hang out during the day and play. Excellent customer service and always willing to accommodate.
The people
Tia never has any qualms about going to Camp Bow Wow/Avondale. She is rather a nervous dog but always goes in and out with little or no hesitation. The staff have clipped her nails ( which I refuse to do) and bath her and just let her be a dog. She will be staying several times this summer for several days at a time and I would not want her to be anywhere else.

My dog loves her stays at CBWW! The staff are why she is really there, in her old age she could care less about the other dogs! They always give a report after her stay and happy to see her. They do a good job with bathtime too!
