I just got the best haircut at Sports Clips that I've had in the last 20 years. They are always good, but Jennifer was fantastic. She took the time to be precise and get every little unruly hair on my head. Then, her MVP service was second to none. She understood what a scalp massage really was.
She was also a master at working around my mask. It never snapped or seem to be in the way. Way to go Jennifer. I will now start asking for you versus just taking the next available. WOW.
The stylist I visited was wonderful. A great cut and style, a friendly conversation, and a relaxing shampoo and hot towel.

Stylist took the time to ask me questions about my last haircut and what I wanted. Also asked midway if this was what I was wanting, plus just being friendly and sharing stories. We lack so much of kindness in society today and it was very refreshing to have that while someone is wheeling a sharp scissors around ones head

I love the professionalism your company offers. Traditionally I go to the store off of 151st and Olathe. There are two stylists there that are particularly great at what they do. With that said, I'm sure the other stylers are ever bit as talented. Those are the two that I've started with, and continue to schedule my haircuts with.

I'm pleased with how Kortne (sp) cuts my hair.
However, I don't like the check in system, so much so that if the price for the cut wasn't reasonable and the facility 2 blocks from my house, I would find another place. I would much rather make an appointment. I hate playing the game of finding a day when my stylist is cutting hair and then getting in line to have it cut. Often, her line is so long that I can't make an appointment. A limitation of your software. Last time I received a text saying that I needed to get to the facility or I would potentially lose my place in line. So I rushed up there only to have to wait for 25 minutes. I realize that it's not an exact science, but maybe you could get it in the 10-15 minute range. Thanks.
