I like my stylist, he listens and focuses on what he is doing NOT distracted by other stylist chatter. The app is OK, could be better if the app would remember my login and my favorite stylist. Instead I have to start over every time, not friendly or retention focused as would be expected. Also the app would be more effective if it allowed advance scheduling with the option to cancel or reschedule.
My stylist is experienced, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I have been back many times because of her.

Consistent. Quick and easy. Brooke has cut my hair for the past 3 years and she is amazing. (Don't tell anyone though. I don't want her to get so busy she can't fit me in anymore! Just kidding.....) The online scheduling feature works really good. Saves me a bunch of time. Sport Clips at 151st in Overland Park, KS.
Kortni always gives me a great haircut, and she's nice to talk to. I've been going to her long enough that I'm comfortable asking her questions about style, and she's comfortable enough to tell me what she thinks.
