Knowledgeable, at ease
I like the convenience and the value. However, the booking on line needs major improvement. When I signed in Saturday it showed a greater than 2 hour wait and by stylist wasn't even listed. When I went to the store front there was no one waiting for a haircut and, my stylist. Sue, was working the entire day. I also wish I could cancel or make adjustments once I schedule on line.

Excellent service and great staff. Amber is the best. What I don’t enjoy is filling out the survey. Why not make it easier on the customer and link the information in the email receipt to the survey? I would guess the response rate would dramatically increase.
